The uniqueness of Indian food is in its diverse cuisines which comes from the blending flavors in small amounts which gives an aromatic, lip-smacking feel to all five senses. Each dish is based on elements, which have their own unique flavor and character. While many people around the world believe that Indian courses are all curries, however, one needs to recognize that Indian cuisine is made either from cheese, fish, meat, lentils, and vegetables.
